Sharapova obtain an snug 6-2 6-2 victory against Russian Anna Chakvetadze in first semi-final.Chakvetadz had lost had lost all five of her previous official encounters against Sharapova.
Sharapova won WTA Championships in 2004 and she will try to won again this years but with an opponent like Henin will be very difficult for her.
"It is going to be a tough final, she's got nothing to lose," said Henin. "She's had a tough season but now she's back at her best level and she's a champion."
